Compensation (Cash) Compensation: 120 000$ - 200 000$ Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer, Core & Algorithms at Lisplogics. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing algorithms and core systems that are crucial to the performance and scalability of our solutions. The role involves tackling complex optimization problems and working with real-time data, delivering high-impact solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design and implement computer vision algorithms for real-time data interpretation, object detection, and scene understanding in dynamic environments. Develop robust and scalable machine learning models to support decision-making and predictive capabilities across our platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision and ML systems into real-time operational workflows. Research and prototype novel approaches in deep learning, image processing, and video analytics to solve complex real-world problems. Optimize inference pipelines for deployment in production, ensuring performance, accuracy, and efficiency. Monitor and improve model performance continuously based on real-world feedback and evolving operational needs. Essential Qualifications Strong background in computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning techniques. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Experience with vision tasks such as object detection, tracking, segmentation, or OCR in real-time environments. Familiarity with data preprocessing, model training pipelines, and deploying models at scale. A solid understanding of system-level programming and GPU acceleration for model inference. Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts clearly. Bonus: Experience with edge deployment, 3D vision, or reinforcement learning. Why Join Us?
