Workday Senior HRIS Analyst- Permanent Hybrid - London Salary- £70,000 My London based client are currently looking for a Senior Workday HRIS analyst to join their support team in assisting them in their journey whilst they continue to deploy Workday. Serve as a functional and technical expert for Workday Work with the global HRIS team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB's Assist with system changes and upgrades Ensure Workday integration with key business systems Provide training and support for stakeholders My client are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of Workday configuration within any of the HR modules (HCM, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation & Time Tracking, Talent, Performance and Learning) as you will be leading junior team members with any configuration challenges. They are looking for someone who has been involved in a Workday support environment before. You will be supporting the client on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems and providing support for ad hoc projects as required This is a hybrid role where they are looking for someone on site once a week.
