Location : Cambridgeshire (Hybrid | 10 Days p/m onsite) Salary : Up to £65,000 Bonus & Benefits Key Responsibilities : Supporting the design and delivery of risk management frameworks and training Helping teams confidently navigate their risk environments Identifying and escalating emerging risks early Promoting a collaborative, risk-aware culture across the business ✅ Required Skills & Experience : Experience supporting or delivering risk frameworks Background in financial services, ideally with Money products (loans, savings, credit cards, etc.) Exposure to risk or governance roles, preferably in regulated environments Strong communication skills and stakeholder confidence Logical, evidence-based problem solver Organised, proactive, and plan-oriented
