Salesforce Developer

Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per year, depending on experience Mason Frank has partnered with a leading UK membership organisation. As part of their ongoing digital transformation, they are seeking a Salesforce Developer to enhance their CRM systems and improve member engagement across the organisation. Your Role: Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other platform tools Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient functionality Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and other key business systems Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and ensure best practices across our Salesforce environment Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend new features or improvements What You’ll Bring: 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and API integrations Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required) Experience working with version control and deployment tools A proactive mindset and great communication skills Nice to Have: Salesforce Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications Knowledge of tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins Familiarity with Agile delivery methods
