The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale programs and projects in a consulting environment, ensuring that they meet strategic objectives and are completing projects/programs on time, and within budget. This role involves overseeing the initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring of program/project activities, setting program/project budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting financial performance to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and objectives in alignment with the company's/client's overall objectives. Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of program/project activities to ensure successful delivery against the contract. Manage program/project budgets, actuals, forecast, track expense and report financial performance to senior management. Identify and mitigate program/project risks through effective risk and dependency management strategies. Coordinate and manage the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. Ensure that program/project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with industry best practices. Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and other team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Communicate program/project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. Continuously evaluate and improve program/project tools, processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Program Manager or Program Manager, with the development background. Strong understanding of program management/project management methodologies and best practices. Experience with planning, budgeting, financial reporting, risk/issue management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Preferred Skills: Certification in program management methodologies such as PMP or PgMP and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Experience in managing programs and projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
