As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of defining and shaping our core measurement products and the value that our clients realise from them. You will be responsible for identifying and prioritising the most valuable product opportunities; driving discovery, planning and delivery across multiple teams to bring market leading solutions to life. Key Responsibilities: Identify high impact, high value product opportunities and collaborate with key internal teams and clients to bring products and capabilities to market. Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to inform your decision making and so that you can influence decision making throughout the product lifecycle. Lead cross functional teams with clear vision, strategy and objectives that will push the company to high value outcomes. Deliver product roadmaps with clear priorities that the wider business and our clients will be excited about. Accelerate the delivery of high-impact features to our clients Work with our engineering leads to develop and deliver solutions that will meet your strategic objectives and hit agreed milestones and deadlines. Bring market, client and competitor trends to the forefront of your decision making, ensuring that decision making is contextualised and powerfully evidenced. About You: 5 years in Product Management roles is essential, preferably with experience in B2B SaaS companies. Data literate and comfortable analysing and understanding large datasets and complex data products. Experience working across the full technology stack and comfortable managing a range of complex inputs and downstream processes. High emotional intelligence and a skilled communicator who can confidently work with and across all levels and roles within, and its clients. Experience of applied AI/ML is desirable. Adept at understanding and solving complex technical challenges, whilst being able to simplify and communicate these to non-technical teams. Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions based on imperfect or ambiguous data, and within an organisation experiencing constant change. You face into hard choices and aren’t afraid to manage risks to maintain forward progress. Mayflower is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
