Their strategic partnerships with major AI technology providers allow them to drive innovation in applied AI and build industry-leading solutions The Role As a Senior Applied AI Solution Engineer , you’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of AI applications, such as Large Language Model-powered agents, for major clients. This role balances hands-on development with leadership, and offers the opportunity to own end-to-end solutions and contribute to innovation. What You’ll Do: Lead AI solution development from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with client strategies. Build and deploy AI-powered applications using foundational models, enhancing enterprise capabilities. Mentor and guide teams , setting high standards for technical excellence and fostering a culture of learning. Drive innovation in AI technologies, contributing to R&D and knowledge base. Collaborate with clients to explain complex solutions and build strong relationships. What We’re Looking For: Experience in software development , with expertise in Python, microservices, and large-scale systems. Experience with AI applications, data processing , and large language models . Proven leadership in AI solution design and team management . A Strong communicator, capable of engaging with senior business and technical clients. The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
