About the Company - We are partnered with a Retail Banking client in recruiting for a Business Transformation Programme Manager who has extensive experience in delivering critical business change projects and is dedicated to driving change on strategic initiatives for an expanding team. This role is a permanent hybrid position and is based in the city of London and is offering an excellent benefits package. About the Role - Must have the below experience: Experience of overseeing large scale change programmes within the Retail Banking space. Programme Leadership experience of leading multi workstream programmes and overseeing a programme of projects lead by the project managers. Savings and Loans experience would be highly desirable Demonstrable commercial acumen and broad business awareness to enable an understanding of how the project integrates with the rest of the business to enable delivery. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and flex style appropriately to achieve the right outcomes. Strong planning and change management experience within a financial services organisation. MUST have managed budget and strong risk and issue management. Experience in regulated industries, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. Ability to work confidently, thinking strategically and driving execution, at all levels throughout the business through strong influential stakeholder management at all levels including Directors and Board level sponsors. Able to think both strategically and to drive execution. Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership and champion consistent use of delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices across the transformation team. Relevant project management qualification and the ability to adapt to different project management styles and methodology, both Agile and Waterfall.
