Product Manager (E-learning) Full-time, Permanent Hybrid, 1-2 days p/w from London Salary: £55K-£59K We are looking for a driven Product Manager to lead the development and management of a portfolio of e-learning products, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and industry needs for a non-profit membership institute. About the Role As a Product Manager (E-learning) , you will play a key role in shaping and growing a portfolio of member, partner or innovation learning products, plus support services. You will work closely with internal teams, regulators, training providers, and industry stakeholders to maintain high-quality, compliant, and market-leading products. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete lifecycle of products from development to review and retirement Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to drive engagement and growth Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accreditation requirements Collaborate with specialists to define and develop new product proposals Use data and insights to support product strategy and decision-making Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the product portfolio Work with marketing and sales teams to drive product engagement What We’re Looking For Strong experience in product development within education, training or membership Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Financial acumen and experience in budget management Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset If you're passionate about shaping high-quality products and driving educational excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
