As a Director of Product (Data) reporting to the SVP of Global Data, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the data product strategy. This will include the management of a talented team Senior Data Product Managers, working cross functionally with Technology, BI, Analytics, Data Science and Data Engineering to ensure alignment with the global data product strategy and the objectives of the business as a whole. Key Responsibilities as Director of Product (Data): Shape the overarching vision for data-driven product offerings, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and guiding the evolution of digital capabilities. Map out the development and deployment of data systems and tools, ensuring they address key priorities and support insight-led decision-making. Serve as a senior advisor on leveraging data product opportunities for innovation, growth, commercial gain and value creation. Lead the planning, creation, and scaling of advanced data products—from analytics platforms to AI solutions—using agile methods to adapt and evolve continuously. Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies, APIs, and data governance best practices. Partner with Governance and Engineering functions to maintain secure, ethical, and compliant data practices while ensuring architecture supports seamless data usage. Product Leadership to manage all data product lifecycles from concept to delivery, advocating best in class product management practises. Act as a liaison between technical and commercial teams to align data product initiatives with business goals, enhancing both customer engagement and operational performance. Inspire and coach a multidisciplinary team, embedding a data-informed culture and inclusive mindset that fosters innovation and broad-based understanding of data value.
