We’re seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to drive their delivery strategy and ensure successful execution of product initiatives across designated portfolios. About the Role Leading a team of Delivery Managers, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining delivery practices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across multiple workstreams. Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of multiple product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and agile best practices. • Establish and optimise delivery processes, tools, and performance metrics. • Manage cross-programme dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies. • Ensure consistent application of quality assurance and testing standards. • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Vendor teams to drive effective delivery and resolve challenges. • Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Delivery Managers to foster high performance and continuous improvement. • Champion knowledge sharing, innovation, and best practice adoption within delivery teams. • Oversee delivery governance frameworks, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Track and analyse delivery metrics to inform continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Extensive experience in technology delivery and senior leadership. • Proven success in leading large-scale digital transformation programmes. • Strong background in vendor management and outsourced delivery. • Skilled in managing executive-level stakeholder relationships. • Deep understanding of agile and scaled agile frameworks. • Industry experience in entertainment, hospitality, or consumer-facing digital products.
