What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the conversion of MiTek Business Application (MBA) to Management for existing MiTek accounts
- Perform a Needs Analysis of client software and configure Management accordingly
- Provide software demonstrations and training to prospective customers
- Identify hardware needs and recommend upgrades to enhance customer experience
- Support clients throughout the conversion process to ensure successful implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in building software, computer information, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience in the Building Component Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide alternate solutions
