Business Change Lead

We're Hiring: Business Change Lead – Contract (Inside IR35) Location: Bridgwater, Somerset (Hybrid – 1–2 days on site/week) Contract Duration: Until 31st December 2025 (Renewable) Sector: Energy / Infrastructure Start Date: ASAP Morson Talent is proud to partner with a major force in the Energy Sector , supporting one of Europe's largest and most complex infrastructure programmes. We are currently seeking a Business Change Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering business change across the Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC (MEH) programme landscape. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage multiple business change workstreams across large-scale programmes. Collaborate with Business Architects, Project Managers, and stakeholders to embed change. Ensure alignment of all change activities with benefits realisation and KPI tracking . Provide intelligent customer oversight of digital and systems integrator deliverables. Guide and coach junior change professionals; manage external change resources. Drive user adoption and engagement for new digital systems. What We’re Looking For: 5 years' experience in business change or change management leadership roles. Strong background in digital transformation , IT environments , or system rollouts . Proven experience across nuclear, energy, construction, or manufacturing sectors. Professional certification in Prosci , APMG , CMI , or ACPM preferred. Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching, and performance reporting skills. ✅ Key Requirements: Ability to attend site weekly (Bridgwater, Somerset). Experience in multi-project or programme delivery environments. Strong communicator with a track record of influencing at all levels.
