Budget & Vendor Oversight : Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outcomes. Compliance & Security : Ensure all network designs meet regulatory and security standards. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in scaling network architecture within high-growth environments. Strong leadership background with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Deep understanding of emerging technologies, sustainability, and efficiency standards. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing network integration during mergers and acquisitions. Strong grasp of data analytics, programming logic, and architectural documentation. International experience and significant vendor management expertise are highly desirable. Ideal Candidate Profile Has led a mid-stage telecom or tech company through significant growth (e.g., 500 to 1500 employees). Comfortable navigating complex M&A scenarios and integrating diverse network architectures. Brings a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to technical decision-making.
