Supporting key engagements across Central Government, Defence, Intelligence, Security, and Emergency Services, you’ll be part of meaningful programmes that drive real societal impact. As a Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategies, developing robust business cases, and delivering practical solutions to complex challenges. Working closely with high-profile clients, you will have the opportunity to refine your consulting skills, take ownership of your workstreams, and help shape the future of public sector delivery. What We’re Looking For: * 4 years’ experience in a Management Consulting environment. * Strong foundations in procurement, concept development, and product ownership. * Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate with influence. * Competence in cost modelling, investment appraisal, and financial analysis. * Familiarity with public sector business case development - experience with the Green Book Five Case Model is highly desirable. * Experience supporting business transformation and change initiatives. Desirable Attributes: * Exposure to HM Treasury Green Book principles. * Understanding of analysis techniques and frameworks such as BPMN and UML. * Awareness of industry best practices (e.g., ITIL, OGC Toolkit, Better Business Cases). A STEM degree and diverse programme exposure are advantageous, but we value adaptability, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset above all.
