New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is search for a Freshservice Consultant to ensuring the successful deployment of a Freshservice platform, aligning the tool’s capabilities with business needs, and setting up efficient, scalable service management processes. Key Responsibilities Lead the configuration and customization of Freshservice modules, workflows, and automations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations. Set up service catalogs, incident management, change management, asset management, and other ITSM modules. Configure integrations with other tools or systems as required (e.g., email, Active Directory, third-party apps). Optimize user experience by customizing forms, fields, templates, notifications, and portals. Provide technical expertise during the implementation and rollout phase. Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to support adoption. Work closely with IT leadership and project managers to ensure successful delivery within the project timeline. Required Qualifications Proven, hands-on experience working with Freshservice — including configuration, customization, and implementation. Strong understanding of ITSM principles and workflows (ITIL foundation preferred). Experience setting up automations, SLAs, service catalogs, and asset management within Freshservice. Familiarity with Freshservice APIs, integrations, and reporting dashboards is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications (e.g., Freshworks product certifications, ITIL) are an asset.
