Responsibilities Design, build, install, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases. Perform database upgrades, patching, and migrations. Manage database performance tuning, clustering, and high availability. Provide database best practices training and documentation. Develop technical specifications and operational guidelines. Requirements Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and development. Strong expertise in database clustering and high-availability solutions. Proven ability to perform database performance optimization. Excellent documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
