Telephony Infrastructure Support

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Infrastructure Support: Telephony Infrastructure to manage, enhance, and support enterprise telephony infrastructures. Responsibilities Deploy and maintain telephony systems including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, and UCCX. Manage VoIP infrastructure, border controllers (CUBE), and contact center solutions. Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot telephony infrastructure for reliability and performance. Document telephony configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational standards. Collaborate closely with technical teams and vendors. Requirements Extensive experience managing Cisco telephony and unified communication solutions. Strong skills in troubleshooting telephony systems and integrations. Knowledge of Webex Contact Center, Microsoft Teams PBX, and related technologies. Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
