Responsibilities Manage Zetron dispatch consoles configuration and system integration. Provide technical support and resolve system issues promptly. Collaborate with vendors on system upgrades and feature implementations. Maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting and operational use. Support integration with CAD, Motorola radios, and telephony systems. Requirements Expert knowledge of Zetron dispatch and alerting systems. Experience with integration of dispatch consoles and emergency response systems. Proficiency in SQL databases and network troubleshooting.
