About the Role: We’re working with a client undergoing a major ERP transformation and they need a skilled ERP Training Coordinator to support the rollout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys planning, organizing, and executing training programs that actually make a difference. ( 12 month contract with possibility of extension.) Toronto based role. 75% remote with some travel to Northern Ontario What You’ll Do: Coordinate and manage the development of training materials and curriculum. Oversee scheduling, logistics, and setup of training sessions and environments. Track participation and progress, and report on training results. Partner closely with the Change Management Lead and various teams to ensure training aligns with the project’s goals and timelines. Gather feedback from participants and adjust training strategies as needed. What We’re Looking For: 5 years of experience in training coordination, ideally in ERP projects. Strong knowledge of ERP systems — JDE and/or SAP experience preferred. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a bonus. Great communication and organizational skills — you’re detail-oriented but flexible. Someone collaborative, proactive, and able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bilingual in English and French is strongly preferred.
