Next Ventures is seeking highly skilled Senior Oracle ERP Cloud SCM Architect to bolster their testing efforts. This is a critical role where your deep SCM expertise and testing acumen will be instrumental in the successful go-live of their global ERP system. Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant (Testing Focus) Start Date: Immediate Location: Fully Remote Duration: 6 months extensions Key Responsibilities: In-depth Test Script Analysis: Thoroughly understand the content and objectives of Oracle ERP Cloud SCM test scripts. Solution and Issue Validation: Critically challenge the solutions and issues reported by the prime contractor (a Big 4 firm), providing insightful feedback and alternative perspectives. Solution Architecting: Propose effective and well-reasoned solutions and alternatives to identified issues and design gaps within the Oracle ERP Cloud SCM landscape. Testing Management Support: Leverage your experience in testing methodologies and best practices to contribute to efficient and comprehensive testing cycles. JIRA Proficiency: Utilize JIRA for effective tracking, management, and reporting of test progress and identified defects. Reporting and Issues Management: Contribute to the creation of clear and concise reports on testing outcomes and actively participate in issue resolution processes. Essential Skills and Experience: Extensive and demonstrable experience as an Oracle ERP Cloud SCM Architect. Deep functional knowledge across the Oracle SCM modules is paramount. Strong expertise in the following Oracle ERP Cloud SCM processes: Inbound Logistics (Procure to Pay) Outbound Logistics (Order to Cash) Inventory Management Project Costing/Billing Solid understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Proven ability to interpret and analyze test scripts effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to challenge existing solutions and propose innovative alternatives. Hands-on experience with JIRA for test and issue management. Strong reporting and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, global environment. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience working with large-scale, global Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. Prior experience collaborating with Big 4 consulting firms.
