Senior Software Engineer – AI Enablement – Manchester One of my clients are looking for an Senior Software Engineer to join a team that's reimagining how software is built by integrating cutting-edge AI tools directly into the engineering lifecycle. Responsibilities: Design intelligent multi-agent systems tailored for software development Develop prompt structures, logic flows, and tool integrations that guide agent behaviour Enable agent access to development infrastructure, including file systems, test suites, version control, and APIs Evaluate AI performance and continuously refine workflows Orchestrating systems of AI agents to elevate how teams write and deliver software at scale Key Skills: 5 years software engineering experience Proficiency with modern backend and frontend technologies such as Java, TypeScript, React, and MySQL Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and platforms (LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, codegen systems, vector databases) Driving innovation as a core principle Experience in greenfield projects This is a mostly remote role, possibly team meets for collaboration.
