Nigel Frank are proud to be working with a leading Microsoft Partner who are now looking to appoint a Head of Business Applications to lead and scale their delivery function across D365 CE and the Power Platform. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically strong architect looking to step into a strategic leadership role, with full ownership of the Business Applications division and the chance to shape its future. Move into a Head of role with clear ownership and autonomy Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team of Solution Architects, Technical & Functional Consultants Influence strategy, delivery methodology, and Microsoft practice growth Work on high-impact digital transformation projects with enterprise clients Enjoy a flexible working model and strong internal support Your Role As Head of Business Applications, you will: Take ownership of the Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform delivery function Lead the end-to-end solution design for complex, enterprise-scale implementations Build and mentor a high-performing team of architects and consultants Drive pre-sales and technical strategy in partnership with senior leadership Define best practices, architecture standards, and governance models Act as a senior point of contact for key clients and strategic initiatives What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Solution Architect with strong background in D365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing) and Power Platform Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions Passion for leadership and team building – this role is ideal for someone ready to take that step up Knowledge of project delivery frameworks (Agile, DevOps, Azure Integration, etc.) Microsoft certifications (MB-600, PL-600) highly advantageous For more information please apply directly or email e.goodsell@nigelfrank.com
