Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team ensuring focus on focused on driving the growth of enterprise software solutions Craft and deliver effective sales strategies, fostering strong client partnerships and ensuring that performance goals are consistently met. Play a key role in strategic planning, providing leadership for your team and engaging directly in high-impact sales opportunities. Skills & Qualifications Exceptional Product Knowledge - vast knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Applications - particularly D365 Customer Engagement or Business Central as well as the wider MS Ecosystem. Proven track record in sales leadership, with strong demonstrable experience of selling D365 business applications. Clear communication style, both verbal and written ensuring that you can translate complex ideas clearly and without complication. Excellent problem-solving skills, recognising challenges/issues and addressing them quickly to find suitable solutions. Driven attitude toward negotiations.
