Senior ServiceNow Architect

Norima Consulting is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead impactful implementations for our clients. What You’ll Do Lead and Deliver Solutions Act as the primary ServiceNow technical consultant for our client Design, develop, and implement solutions aligned with business needs and objectives Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions Architect and Guide Create architectural designs and implementation roadmaps Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and security protocols Provide technical leadership and mentorship to client and internal teams Optimize and Integrate Develop integration strategies with other enterprise financial systems Perform code reviews, QA checks, and performance tuning Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements Collaborate and Communicate Partner with client stakeholders to support business outcomes Maintain clear, thorough technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 7 years of experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow platforms ServiceNow certification at the Architect level preferred CAD (Certified Application Developer) and/or CSA (Certified System Administrator) CTA (Certified Technical Architect) Additional certifications in ServiceNow specializations (e.g., ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, HRSD) preferred Experience leading complex ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments Background in payment processing or financial technology implementations an asset Experience with complementary technologies such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps Why Join Norima Consulting?
