Northreach is a dynamic recruitment agency that connects businesses with top talent in the cell & gene therapy, fintech, and digital sectors. Our mission is to provide a seamless and personalised recruitment experience for clients and candidates, and to create a positive work environment that encourages equality, innovation, and professional growth. We have partnered with a leading embedded financing platform, trusted by some of the world’s most prominent e-commerce platforms, technology firms, and payment service providers — including household names across the UK, EU, and US. Their software platform and APIs enable partners to offer branded, flexible financing products directly to their merchant base. By harnessing cutting-edge, AI-powered credit risk assessment tools, they make fast, affordable funding accessible to a broader range of small and medium-sized businesses. This company is at the forefront of redefining financial services — building innovative solutions that enable customer-focused tech companies to embed financing seamlessly into the user journey. Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong strategic mindset and a passion for leveraging technology and design to drive impactful business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, fast-paced environment where innovation and agility are core to the culture. The Role As a Senior Product Manager, you will take full ownership of key product areas, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to define, build, and scale innovative solutions. Responsibilities Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product areas, aligning with broader business goals. Lead product discovery, user research, and experimentation to uncover pain points and growth opportunities. Use data-driven decision-making to prioritise and validate product initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery. Champion a user-centric approach and drive continuous product improvement. Act as a thought leader and mentor, contributing to a culture of innovation and high performance. Communicate product plans and updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Influence the overall product strategy and contribute to long-term company vision. Requirements Proven track record of shipping successful products that delivered meaningful business impact. Strong ability to define and execute product strategy while balancing short-term and long-term priorities. Team player with a low ego and a strong bias for action. Hands-on experience in agile software development environments. Ability to identify impactful opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving mindset and a high degree of ownership. Preferred: Experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry, especially with regulatory or credit risk understanding and API-based product development. Does this sound like you? Are you looking for an exciting new challenge and the chance to join an extraordinarily rapidly growing GLOBAL LEADER. Please apply with an up to date copy of your CV and let's chat.
