Business Process Analyst - London, Greater London, United Kingdom Are you a highly analytical and process-driven individual with a passion for optimizing business operations? Do you have a strong background in the shipping industry? Ocean Network Express (ONE) is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our Business Process Division in Rotterdam, Sub RHQ or London, RHQ. Reporting to the Business Process Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing, reviewing, and monitoring business processes across the Europe & Africa region, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timeliness About the Role: Business Process Optimization: Supporting the implementation, management, and improvement of existing business processes across the EUA region. This includes liaising with key stakeholders, identifying root causes for inefficiencies, suggesting improvements, and ensuring proper communication and documentation of processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will also support the development, analysis, and review of KPIs to ensure data quality. Training: Assisting in the provision of process and system training to business users, including the creation of training schedules and agendas, execution of training, and gathering business feedback. Change Management: Handling system change requests, analyzing their impact, documenting system requirements, and ensuring changes provide tangible benefits such as time or cost savings for business users and the organization. This also involves delivering updated process documentation. Location: London, United Kingdom Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in the shipping industry, with strong knowledge of Liner shipping processes. Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal, written, and listening), and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with agents, internal customers, and senior management across diverse cultural backgrounds. Proven ability to analyze data and develop SMART KPI controls. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and understand complex business processes and process flows. A proactive mindset with a desire for continuous process improvement. Experience working to tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills. Experience with Ticket Based Support Systems is an advantage. Knowledge of GSuite and Lucid Chart or similar process mapping software is desirable.
