Cloud Platform Engineer

Cloud Engineer Location: Belfast (Hybrid) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Ocho's exclusive client is seeking an experienced IT Cloud Platform Engineer to join their innovative and collaborative infrastructure team. Why Apply? * Hybrid working - Belfast * Cutting-edge cloud projects with Azure, VMware, and more * Supportive, agile team culture * Bonus, private medical, generous pension, and more * Opportunities to work across both cloud and on-prem infrastructure Responsibilities: * Design and deploy scalable, secure Azure cloud solutions * Maintain hybrid infrastructure including VMware and Windows servers * Lead patching, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation * Support Microsoft Dynamics AX, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MDM tools * Contribute to automation, DevOps practices, and service improvement * Participate in an out-of-hours support rota Experience: * Proven Azure cloud engineering experience * Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra * Hands-on with IaC tools, scripting, and DevOps practices * Experience managing cyber security tools and best practices (e.g. ISO27001) * Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong troubleshooting skills Bonus if you have: Experience with AKS, Terraform, Intune, F5 or Dynamics AX.
