Competitive salaries £40-60k 15% bonus Flexible working (1 to 2 days in office) 30 days annual leave 6 stats Private medical, dental & optical insurance (you your family) A culture that values autonomy, ownership & creative thinking Big brand, start-up energy - with job security and learning built in What You'll Be Doing Designing end-to-end consumer journeys that are simple, fast, and engaging Leading user research to inform and validate design decisions Producing wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts throughout the product lifecycle Being an active member of the wider design community - sharing, learning, iterating Skills You'll Bring 3 years' experience in UX or Product Design Strong portfolio of work across web and mobile experiences Comfortable planning, conducting, and synthesising user research Skilled in design tools (Figma essential), prototyping, and user testing Experience working cross-functionally in product teams Understanding of information architecture, systems thinking, and interaction design Bonus: e-commerce or marketplace design experience Bonus: knowledge of CRO tools (GA, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.) About You You're the right match if you: Love solving real problems for real users Want to join a company where design has a seat at the table Are curious, collaborative, and confident enough to own your ideas Have a growth mindset and enjoy working in fast-paced teams Are looking to learn from others while levelling up your own craft Interested?
