Remote Working or Hybrid work patterns will be offered , depending on preference. My client are seeking a talented and passionate Web Developer to join their team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with a team to develop new features and improve existing functionalities. This is day one for the commercial Websites and Mobile Applications. An incredibly exciting time to join this business as they challenge the pre-existing norms within their sector. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement responsive designs to ensure applications work across various devices and screen sizes. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional web development experience. Proven experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.). A portfolio of referenceable websites that can be shown pre-interview Experience with version control systems (Git). Preferred Skills: Knowledge of web development best practices.
