Data Science Manager - Python, Metaheuristics Oliver Bernard have partnered with a global leader in the E-Commerce sector, who are looking for a Data Science Manager with Metaheuristics expertise, to join their very established Data Science team and manage a team of 4-8 Data Scientists. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, as you will be communicating with a variety of stakeholders, but also offering leadership to the team of Data Scientists. You will also be demonstrating technical leadership, by designing and implementing components for algorithmic components. This role is open to Senior Data Scientists with Metaheuristics experience, as long as you have prior experience mentoring Data Scientists previously. Data Science Manager - Python, Metaheuristics Required skills and experience: Multiple years of experience as a Senior Data Scientist or Data Science Manager Metaheuristics experience is absolutely essential (please don't apply if you don't have this) Strong experience with Python This is a hybrid role with 3-days a week required in Central London based offices and can pay up to £120k depending on skills and experience, with a market leading package, including a bonus of 20%.
