Optomi, in partnership with a fast-growing, forward-thinking company transforming the construction project management industry, is seeking a Manual QA Tester to join their team on a full-time (40 hours a week) basis! Location: Dunwoody, GA (Hybrid – Onsite 2 days/week) Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary Target: $60,000 – $70,000 annually About the Opportunity Join a fast-growing, forward-thinking company transforming the construction project management industry through cutting-edge analytics and automation tools. Our platform empowers construction professionals to gain clarity, efficiency, and transparency across their projects. We're looking for a meticulous Manual QA Tester to help ensure the continued reliability and usability of our powerful and complex UI. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment and make a direct impact on product quality and user experience. What We’re Looking For 2 years of experience in manual software testing, particularly UI and regression testing. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with QA best practices, software development life cycles, and test planning. Experience using test and issue tracking tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing complex web applications. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools. Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards. What You’ll Do Conduct manual regression testing on a dynamic web-based platform before each release. Execute detailed test cases and report issues with clear, reproducible steps. Update and maintain test case documentation to reflect ongoing product changes. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand new features and define test coverage. Participate in release readiness meetings, highlighting potential risks and gaps in testing. Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability concerns. Log and track bugs through resolution using tools like JIRA , GitHub , and Testmo . Communicate findings and feedback clearly to expedite issue resolution.
