Project Manager – Salesforce | Midlands | Hybrid | £75,000 - £85,000 Bonus Commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Solihull, Peterborough, Loughborough, Nottingham, Derby Are you a dynamic Project Manager with a passion for Salesforce and digital transformation? We’re hiring for a strategic Project Manager to lead Salesforce initiatives for a leading organisation in the Midlands. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, working across a modern tech stack including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Certinia, Jitterbit, and Agile delivery frameworks. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your leadership will directly influence national-scale digital projects. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading end-to-end Salesforce projects with a focus on CPQ and platform optimisation Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Developers, Admins, and Analysts Driving Agile ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact solutions Managing stakeholder expectations and aligning technical delivery with business goals Championing best practices in project governance, risk management, and change control What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing Salesforce projects, ideally with CPQ exposure Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital transformation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bonus: Salesforce certifications, especially CPQ What’s On Offer: Salary up to £65,000 company bonus 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Pension scheme and additional benefits A supportive, innovative environment where your work makes a real impact Interested in learning more?
