Salesforce Architect – Financial Services End User | Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 Bonus Benefits | Permanent | Full-Time | No Sponsor VISA Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is looking for a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across the business. This is a key strategic role within a company undergoing major digital transformation, with Salesforce at the centre of their customer and operations strategy. The Role: As the Salesforce Architect, you’ll be responsible for setting the technical vision for the Salesforce platform, supporting both new implementations and ongoing enhancements. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure best-in-class architecture and delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. • Design scalable and secure solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements in financial services. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and admins to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Govern platform standards, integration strategy, and data modelling. • Stay ahead of Salesforce platform updates and guide the business on adoption and roadmap planning. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, ideally within financial services or other regulated industries. • Strong understanding of Salesforce core architecture, Apex, LWC, APIs, and integration best practices. • Experience designing solutions in multi-cloud environments (Sales/Service/Experience). • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA (preferred). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
