Salesforce Developer Lead - London (Remote) (£85,000 - £100,000) No VISA Sponsorship I am currently recruiting for a Salesforce Developer Lead to join my client's remote team. This role will involve leading the development and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the client's business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality Salesforce applications that drive success. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning. Ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features and industry trends. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a history of successful project delivery. Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs. Experience with integrations and data migration in Salesforce. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
