Senior UI Engineer - Financial Services - £120k - React/ TypeScript

I'm representing a fast-growing Financial Services Company (International with a HUGE HQ in London) who are on the hunt for a Senior UI Engineer to take full ownership of their front-end & UI across a variety of projects. What you’ll be doing: Building high-performance, accessible UI components with React , TypeScript , and Next.js Evolving a robust design system used across multiple teams Championing best practices in testing, performance, and developer experience Collaborating closely with product and design to deliver seamless user experiences They need: 6 years of frontend experience with deep expertise in React and TypeScript Strong knowledge of JS component libraries, and modern frontend tooling - Next.js is a plus! Passion for clean, scalable code and a strong testing culture Experience working with design systems and performance optimization Bonus: Exposure to Node.js, monorepos, or open-source contributions BSc in Computer Science or related field is a big plus
