Capital Programme Manager 6 Month Contract (Likely Extension) Inside or Outside IR35 - TBC 2 Days Onsite per Week (Hybrid Working) Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client to facilitate the appointment of a Capital Programme Manager on an interim basis for an initial 6-month contract (with likely extension) . This role will lead the delivery of a portfolio of high-profile capital projects. The programme is at a key delivery stage, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in managing interlinked projects to ensure regeneration and economic impact across local communities.
