Senior GIS Technician | Birmingham (Hybrid) | Salary: £40,000 Car Allowance Peaple Talent have partnered with an award-winning team of Geospatial professionals, who provide services focused on measured survey, data engineering & spatial analysis to the property industry. Due to exciting growth plans in the Geospatial team, we are now looking for a Senior GIS Technician. Each day, you'll create high-quality maps and plans to support a range of needs, from legal conveyancing and land registration to mapping planning constraints for renewable energy projects. If you're enthusiastic about using GIS technologies - such as Survey123, ArcGIS Online applications, data management tools, and FME to improve efficiency and support smarter decision-making in the property sector, we’d be excited to hear from you. What we're looking for: Extensive experience in GIS with proven experience in ESRI ArcGIS-based applications Proficiency in data integration and management using ArcGIS Pro Use of Spatial SQL to create custom queries and view tables in MS SQL Experience processing and analysing 3D Survey data The Package: Salary: £35,000-£40,000 Birmingham (hybrid) 2/3 times a week onsite Car allowance: £3,675 Group pension scheme Training and Development Opportunities (internal & external)
