IT Support Engineer

Job Title: IT Support Engineer Location: Bristol Salary: £25,000-£31,000 Peaple Talent have partnered with an established software development company. They are looking for a Support Engineer to join the team and provide technical support to their customers, assisting with troubleshooting and resolution of issues. The Role: Provide technical assistance to clients, partners, and third-party vendors Use the internal ticket system to log and update support requests Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve technical issues. The Candidate: Awareness of ITIL principles Comfortable troubleshooting in Microsoft server environments e.g., Exchange, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Windows 2010. SQL knowledge – Ability to create Selects, Updates, Inserts, Deletes, Joins, Index addition and optimization The Package: Base salary: £25,000-£31,000 25 days holiday Flexible working Perkbox Interested?
