We’re currently helping Route 101 hire a Project Support Coordinator to support a large-scale cloud contact centre deployment for a key client of theirs. Salary: £30,000-£37,500 Location: Manchester 3 days No sponsorship offered The role: You’ll work closely with Project Managers, workstream leads, and stakeholders to support project delivery across all phases. Responsibilities include: Supporting Project Managers very closely with coordinating tasks, milestones and documentation. Tracking project progress and ensuring key deadlines are met Managing project documentation, RAID logs, and governance reporting Coordinating change and release management processes What will help you succeed in this role?
