At our accredited academy, we give you up to 8 weeks of hands-on skills’ building in the applications and tools organisations look for. The training focuses on the newest and most relevant industry methodologies to prepare you for your chosen career pathway within Business Analysis. Employment Upon successful completion of the training, you will have the opportunity to become employed by Peregrine in a placement of up to two years supporting one of our clients around the UK. You’ll have the opportunity to work on and make meaningful contributions to a range of exciting and diverse projects. After two years, you can transition to a career with Peregrine Specialist Talent, or you may be offered a role directly with your placement client. As well as the ongoing support whilst you work, your placement includes a development programme of core competencies to keep you moving forward.
