The Role: As a Business Change & Benefits Manager, your role will be two-fold. Firstly, you will lead the delivery of business change across a programme or portfolio(s). Providing visible and effective leadership you will oversee the quality and consistency of change activity. Working with stakeholders, you will deliver co-ordinated business change activities, often to achieve varied outcomes and conflicting timelines. This includes developing and delivering strategies to support delivery of business change activities required to embed change. The second part of the role will involve implementing the benefits management strategy. Develop and embed a robust and consistent benefits tracking and realisation process. You will identify and support key stakeholders and Benefits Owners to maintain an organisational view of benefits realisation and champion best practice. You will ensure Benefits are mapped and aligned, validated and approved. Skills & Experience: You will have a passion for Business Change, with the following skills or proven experience: Leadership and delivery – Effective leadership, understanding complex needs whilst delivering large or complex projects. Operate with autonomy in an uncertain and continually changing environment. Develop and resource teams to achieve high performance. Change and impacts – Lead the creation of required Business Change products, understanding and applying Business Change methodologies to address and mitigate change impacts on the business (and customer if appropriate). Stakeholder management – Lead the identification and analysis of stakeholders, involving them in suitable stakeholder engagement activities. Collaborating with and influencing senior stakeholders to secure their buy-in and advocacy of change. Business readiness – Identify, qualify, and update business readiness criteria and impacts. Benefits management – Support benefits identification and profiling. Ensure a benefits led approach is maintained to deliver and implement the change. Change communication – Lead planning and assurance of communications relating to Business Change across area of responsibility. You will have a passion for Benefits Management, with the following skills or proven experience: Have significant experience of working on benefits management in large scale, complex projects and/or programmes. Have strong experience of working with external and internal stakeholders to develop, administer and design new or modify existing benefits in projects and/or programmes Developed and implemented a Benefits Management Strategy across a project or programme Excellent presentation skills, both in terms of preparing high-impact material (statistical, PowerPoint etc), in a way that is easy to understand and accessible Experience in managing people, projects, processes and key stakeholders to deliver high quality and timely outcomes About us: At Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
