INTERIM OPPORTUNITY – TRANSFORMATION LEAD (12-MONTH FTC) Malmesbury & Lincoln | Manufacturing & ERP Transformation A leading UK-based agricultural and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to cover a 12-month maternity leave, starting in approx. 8–10 weeks. This is a pivotal role overseeing a newly formed transformation team and delivering several high-impact initiatives across operations, finance, and systems integration. Why Join? Lead the delivery of complex systems integration and ERP projects Drive transformation within a fast-paced, product-focused manufacturing environment Coach and develop a diverse, newly formed team Play a key role in a business undergoing significant operational and digital change What You’ll Do Ensure continuity and performance across a growing transformation team Deliver mission-critical projects , including ERP integration, sales order processing, and systems optimisation Lead and mentor team members with varying experience levels Build governance and standardised project reporting practices Liaise with stakeholders at all levels – from technical teams to the executive suite Who You Are A seasoned transformation or operations leader with strong manufacturing experience Technically confident – able to understand, translate, and deliver complex ERP implementations A natural "player-coach" – hands-on, adaptable, and people-focused Experienced in managing multiple concurrent initiatives in dynamic environments Able to commit to a full-time, on-site role , split between Malmesbury and Lincoln
