Lead & Inspire: Guide a tight‑knit IT team by sharing your know‑how, fostering best practices, and building their skills. Boost Uptime: Drive a hybrid support model that keeps 100 internal users - and 2,000 customers -up and running without a hitch. Pioneer in Azure: Spearhead a phased migration to Microsoft Azure, helping us modernize and scale securely. Champion Resilience: Design, test, and refine disaster recovery and backup plans so we’re always protected. Secure Our Network: Apply your networking and security savvy (VPNs, VLANs, firewalls) to keep data safe and compliant. What You Bring Server Savvy: Proven track record in Windows Server management & Hyper‑V virtualization. Storage Smarts: Hands‑on experience with enterprise storage - IBM V7000 a plus.
