Full Stack Growth Engineer We have two openings for a mid level - 4 years experience and 6/7 years experience for a more senior candidate We’re looking for a Full Stack Growth Engineer to join a high-impact, mission-driven team at one of the UK’s fastest-growing start-up's. If you’re passionate about crafting seamless user experiences, experimenting for growth, and collaborating across disciplines - this is the role for you. The Role You’ll be the first engineering hire within the Growth team, working closely with in-house creatives, data-savvy marketers, and a broader technical team. You'll build tools, run experiments, and optimize the user journey across web applications - directly contributing to user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. What You’ll Do: Design and build full-stack applications and features to drive growth Work with TypeScript React to deliver high-quality user experiences Use PostgreSQL SQL to surface insights and inform strategies Launch experiments (A/B tests, CRO efforts) to optimize performance Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams Contribute to a service-oriented architecture with scalability in mind What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in a programming language (ideally TypeScript) Strong experience with React and full-stack development Solid database skills (especially PostgreSQL writing complex SQL) Growth mindset and an interest in UX/CRO Analytical thinker with a bias for experimentation Degree from a top-tier university Passion for start-up's and sustainable brands
