As Head of Product Management, you will define and govern the Product Operating Model, build a high-performing team, spearhead product discovery, and act as the voice of the customer. Key Responsibilities Own the product operating model and lifecycle framework Build and lead a team of product managers and analysts Chair the cross-functional Product Steering Committee Define and govern the central product roadmap Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Engineering The successful Head of Product Management will have: 10 years in product or strategy roles within telecoms, technology, or digital infrastructure Proven ability to scale portfolios with both speed and governance Track record of driving business category innovation and expansion Commercial success in launching tech-led product propositions across complex supply chains Strong grasp of B2B product management frameworks (Product Operating Model, SAFe, Agile, discovery frameworks) Experience in building scalable product processes across complex businesses Ability to navigate integration layers across Marketing, Commercial, and Engineering Ready to lead the next phase of digital infrastructure growth?
