eCommerce / Online Experience / digital operations / analysis 12 month FTC 3 days/week onsite We are currently looking for an experience Product operations analyst with a background of working in b2c consumer ecommerce and digital online channels. Reproting to the Digital Programme Manager t he goal is to ensure a clear understanding and documentation of user and business needs across digital initiatives where you will collaborate closely with Project Managers and support teams to execute high-impact projects from the digital roadmap . The candidate will be required to work 3 days onsite per week in Chertsey. Experience and Knowledge: 3 years of experience in digital and eCommerce analysis or operations. Proven track record in translating business goals into system specifications and process enhancements. Familiarity with a variety of eCommerce platforms and technologies; experience with Hybris preferred. Exposure to enterprise ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous. Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery frameworks. Understanding of end-to-end eCommerce flows including content management, PIM, order lifecycle, and payments. Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across complex technical and business contexts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders. Adept at managing multiple priorities and adjusting to dynamic project demands. High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio for diagramming. Working knowledge of markup and scripting languages (HTML, JSP, JavaScript, XML, JSON) is desirable.
