Key Responsibilities: Rapidly analyze and understand existing business processes and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define project goals. Design practical, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. Develop and manage implementation strategies, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues. Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels. Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or tools. Document processes, decisions, and lessons learned for continuous improvement. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project) change management Stakeholders Risk management Data analysis Excel, and prefer Power BI Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, HR, or a related field. 5 years of experience in project analysis, business process improvement, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus Notes: BA in HR preferred but Business, Operations, Engineering, HR, or a related field accepted.
