Employer description: Bilfinger UK is a leading engineering and maintenance provider with a workforce of over 4,000 employees operating from sites across the UK. They have extensive experience in onshore and offshore facilities, specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning. They are now looking for an apprentice to join their scheduling team. Duties: Provide first line support to business stakeholders including schedulers, planners, coordinators etc. to report accurate contract status of works. You will become a system expert in Primavera P6 which is a software used on site to plan & schedule work on a weekly basis & resource profiles. Provide accurate labour forecasts and identify risks to contracts by analysing information regarding work force, holidays, training etc via use of the Primavera P6 software. Ability to provide clear and consistent data reporting to senior management via Primavera or Excel to update on any potential delays to works. Ability to produce a feasible programme of activities from a given scope of work which will include viewing activities via Excel spread sheets and setting out a programme, which will involve timescales and resources. Participate and highlight critical programme areas for management action to highlight any issues within the programme, delays, access problems, other emergent work that’s needs action from management. Collaborate with wider team via Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Working week: 38hrs a week: Monday - Friday, 7:45am till 4pm.
