Senior Infrastructure & Network Security Engineer

Title: Senior Infrastructure & Network Security Engineer Type: Permanent, full-time Location: Toronto / Hybrid (2 days/week in office) We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure & Network Security Engineer to join a tight-knit InfoSec team supporting strategic security initiatives across cloud, network, and database environments. This is a high-impact, architecture-leaning role. What you'll do: Design and improve end-to-end infrastructure security across cloud, database, network, and endpoints Secure firewalls, IDS/IPS, and load balancers (ideally Cisco or Fortinet) Work with Oracle databases and database activity monitoring tools Enhance visibility and response using SIEM, EDR/XDR, and monitoring platforms Drive cloud and container security posture using CSPM/CNAPP tools Collaborate on security architecture, threat modeling, and system design improvements Help automate and script tasks to improve operational efficiency Be hands-on during incidents, investigations, and vulnerability management What we’re looking for: 5 years in infrastructure security with a broad skillset across network, endpoint, cloud, and architecture Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI Exposure to container orchestration tools Strong communication and ability to collaborate across teams Bonus points for scripting/automation experience and architecture reviews Interested?
